What if I'm not happy with the items I ordered?

BLUEFISH wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange with in 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please email all RA Forms to ra@bluefishsport.com.

What is your standard return policy?

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund with a RA form

Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made with 7 days of receipt and reported to Customer Service. We will gladly exchange any garment, as long as it has not been worn, laundered or soiled.

If you received wrong color, size, or product: we will gladly exchange it for free and pay for shipping.

We will reference the Order Number to ensure the accuracy of the request. If the request is not accurate, in that we did ship the proper product, we will refund the amount listed on your BLUEFISH SPORT invoice.
Should a production flaw be discovered, ship the product back to Blue Fish with an explanation of what is flawed and we will completely exchange the garment. Please write DEFECT in large letters on the outside of the envelope

For international customers we advise to select a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance on packages to be returned to BLUE FISH SPORT.

ONLINE ORDERING

Ordering from BLUEFISH SPORT online is easy and delivery is fast. To order on-line, find the item you like and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, simply click the Checkout button on your shopping cart. Enter your address and credit card information and your order is on its way.

How do I order by phone?

Ordering from Blue Fish is easy and delivery is fast. To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card number and expiration date and call (305) 267-9494 to speak to one of our friendly reps.

Is it safe shopping on your Website?

Yes! We utilize SSL communication security so that no one can spy on your credit card information. In addition, our Web server resides behind a secure firewall. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

Does your site require any special software?

We recommend you utilize Internet Explorer 5 or 6, Safari, or Mozilla (Netscape Navigator) to use this site. You must also have the Macromedia Flash plug-in installed.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder status. You will be charged and sent the items that are in stock. You will not be billed for the backordered items until the day they are sent to you. The backordered items will be sent as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

Has my order been shipped?

You should have received an email when your order was shipped. If you have been charged for your order then your order has been shipped. Most orders are processed in one to three business days and shipping times for standard UPS takes between 3 to 10 days.

How do I track my order?

To track the whereabouts of your order email BLUEFISH SPORT. We will locate your tracking number, track it on the UPS website, and notify you of the results. If you do not receive a tracking number you may contact sales@ bluefishsport.com.

What if I am not happy with an item I ordered?

Help! Something is missing from my order!

If something was missing from your order, look on your invoice in the Ext. Price field. If there is a value of "0" then you were not charged for the item, and it is either on backorder or sold-out. If an item is on backorder, you will be charged and it will be sent to you when the item arrives at our warehouse. Usual turnaround time for backorders is 2-4 weeks.
